Terms of Service

Last updated: October 26, 2026

Referral service only

Space City Home Pros is a free referral service. We are not an HVAC, landscaping, construction, or roofing contractor and do not perform any work. We connect homeowners with independent local contractors (TDLR-licensed for HVAC work) who are solely responsible for their quotes, work, warranties, and pricing. Always verify a contractor's license (HVAC: tdlr.texas.gov), insurance, and references before hiring.

No guarantee

We do not guarantee that a contractor will be available, respond within a certain time, or provide a particular price. Any agreement for work is solely between you and the contractor.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The site and service are provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Space City Home Pros is not liable for any contractor's work, conduct, pricing, damages, or injuries, or for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the site.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information and to independently verify any contractor's license (tdlr.texas.gov), insurance, and references before hiring.

Contractors

Contractors in our network are independent businesses, not our employees or agents.
